The Annual General Meeting of the Company passed a resolution on appointment of the Members of the Supervisory Board of the 12th term. The Management Board of Grupa K\u0119ty S.A. informed that it entered into the promised agreement with two natural persons on the purchase of 211,815 shares in SELT sp. z o.o., representing 100% of the share capital and the total number of votes in the General Meeting of the company. The Management Board of Grupa K\u0119ty S.A. informed that the Company Supervisory Board received information that President of the Company Management Board Dariusz Ma\u0144ko does not intend to run for another term at the Management Board.
